Ice Storm!
Well in the last several days we have gotten about 2 to 3 inches of ice here.. Downed trees, downed power lines, the whole bit!
We are out of power.
They are saying it may be a month before we get power back to the houses.
We have a generator and are staying over at my brother and sister in law's house. They have a wood stove and we are all banding together..
We do have the laptop with us, so I can get on line maybe once a day and I will do my best to keep everyone up to date.
We are fine, all the animals are fine too. We are taking care of them and ourselves.

Holy crap! I'm glad you're alright, and staying someplace warm. I bet if your critters have some straw (for bedding) and some food, they'll be happy. Unless the get bogged down by the ice. Can they freeze in place, if they are sleeping?!?!? Yikes.
No, the dog has her house for one, she also has blankets and hay in her house.
The sheep have two different houses to choose from, they have hay to curl up in and they have their wool of course..
Everyone is fine. :)
