Shearing!
Okay we finally got the boys sheared today, though not without some problems..
We were underneath the shed area, but it started raining in the middle of all this and the wind was blowing! ARGGG..
And of course the sheep did NOT want to hold still, which resulted in a few unavoidable cuts to their skin.. :( They are both okay though.. :)

Hey, it looks like you did a good job! Even the 'pro' shearer's will do some unavoidable nicking. Thankfully with all that lanolin on their skin they heal quickly. I can't even beleive Bert--(the grey sheep masquerading as a WHITE sheep!). Ernie looks like his dad/uncle after their shearing, although he seems to have faded a little faster. Jeff still has some body spots. Bet your geese are loving this wet weather!

Yeah I have been a bit worried about Ernie, but he seems to be fine..
Ah! They look naked! :) I bet it'll be cooler for them for the summer. The geese look so big!
