Thanksgiving
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
What a day I have had..
It started yesterday when I made the stuffing and got the sweet potatoes ready..
Then this morning, I got up at 6:30 and put the turkey in the oven!
Everything was finally ready about noon and boy how we stuffed ourselves! And then we went to my mother in laws for dinner and stuffed ourselves even more!
And it isn't over yet! We are going back over there Sat evening because my brother in law is gonna be in town and we are gonna have dinner again! Oh I am gonna be so tired of turkey after this weekend!

Somehow, managed to stop myself from gettting stuffed beyond belief at both the meals I had (one was at the Holiday Inn, with Shuan's mom) and the other was at Simonne's house, with our SCA friends. So, I ate until I was only mildly stuffed. :) Thank goodness I eat like that only once or twice a year!
Glad you had a good thanksgiving, and that you'll be experiencing mini aftershocks of the holiday feast. :)
Yeah tonight Michael is having leftover turkey.. Not me, I am having egg rolls! We went to Sams today and did a bunch of shopping! I got more biscotti too! YUM
